Steel structure workshop/warehouse/hangar etc. mainly refers to the main bearing component composed of steel. Including the steel columns, steel beams, steel structure, and steel roof truss.

 

The roof and wall can be made of composite panels or veneer. Galvanized sheet metal can prevent rust and corrosion. The use of self-tapping screws can make the connection between the plates more closely, to prevent leakage. Composite panels for roofs and walls can also be used in our system such as polystyrene, glass fiber, rock wool, and polyurethane sandwich panels which have good thermal insulation, heat insulation, and fire-retardant performance. 1. Common type of industrial building?
Reply: Portal frame is the usual type in the industrial workshop and warehouse shed.
Other types also could be designed and manufactured as per clients' requests.
2.What's the quality grade of the steel structure components?
Reply: Q345 is used for the main steel structure, Q235 is used for the secondary steel structure.
3.How about the dust grade?
Reply: Ball blasting Sa 2.5 on main steel structure ;
manual dust St2.0 on secondary steel structure.
4.What kind of panel is used for the roof and wall?
Reply: Color corrugated steel sheet and sandwich panel could be used. Sandwich panel performs well on the heat insulation, sound insulation. Common sandwich materials are EPS, glass wool and PU.
5.How to install it?
Reply: We will furnish you the detailed construction drawing and the construction manual which could help you to erect and install the building step by step.

6.How much do steel structures cost per m²?
Reply: The price depends on the project: since each structure is designed according to the specific requirements of the investor, a general price list is unfortunately not available. The sales team prepares an offer or provides an informative price within a maximum of 3-5 working days after receiving all the necessary data for the calculation.
7.What's the estimated delivery time?
Reply: The delivery time is determined individually - depending on the current workload of our company and the size of the facility. The usual delivery time for steel structures is from 30 days to 50days.
8.What steel structure dimensions are available?
Reply: We offer 15 to 90 m wide structures with a lateral (usable) height of up to 15 m. The minimum structure area is 300 m².
